Abstract

Life competence is interpreted as a personality trait that provides a productive solution to life tasks.It requires a developed system of activities aimed at analyzing and understanding the life situation, which leads to the transformation of the formulated psychological problem into a semantic task, which becomes the basis for further personal development.
