Abstract
The work reveals the problem of vital competence development as a systematic ability of the individual to independently set and productively solve urgent life problems. Within the framework of psychological hermeneutics, we propose to interpret vital competence as an integral dynamic personal formation, which is formed and developed in the process of building personal experience and provides productivity of vital personality by setting and solving actual life tasks.
