Abstract

The research is devoted to the analysis of innovative methods of managers’ professional development in the foreign field of business education. The importance of introducing innovations into the process of professional development of staff and managers of post offices was substantiated and analyzed. Innovative methods that could effectively influence the professional development of the heads of postal departments were characterized.
