Abstract

The purpose of scientific and practical research is to improve the theoretical and methodological foundations of the educational management system based on the implementation of pedagogical technologies for managing educational and creative activities of applicants. The theoretical, methodological and methodological aspects of the process of managing the educational and creative activities of higher education students in the conditions of organizing a creative educational environment and building models of educational management based on the humanistic paradigm. The structure of the formation of the readiness of future specialists of the creative direction to the professional one is determined activities (motivational-cognitive, practical-active, creative-developmental levels). The technological stages of the proposed pedagogical technology were considered in the context of domestic and foreign experience (motivational and orientational, planning, cognitive-transformative, control-analytical, regulatory-developmental). Didactic methods, forms and means of managing the educational process in the context of the implementation of the SMART-educational communicative environment are substantiated. Analyzed the results of pedagogical experiments on determining the influence of elements of control and self-management of educational and creative activities of students on the level of formation рrofessional and creative competence of future specialists. The results of the experimental work proved a significant increase in the quality indicators of professional training of future specialists (motivation, creative activity, professional adaptability, productivity of self-education) in the conditions of the implementation of pedagogical management technology educational and creative activities.
