Abstract

The article presents information about a series of international webinars "Psychological Health of the Individual in War and Postwar Period" (Ukraine-Poland-Israel) for educators and psychologists, which were held in March-April, 2023 within the framework of the "Educational Bonfire of Victory" campaign, launched by the Central Institute of Post-Graduate Education "University of Education Management" of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine. The webinars were co-organized by G.S. Kostiuk Institute of Psychology of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine; HUMANITAS Higher School, Poland; KINDERVELT Charitable Rehabilitation Center for Children and Families, Israel; Ukrainian Association of Organizational Psychologists and Occupational Psychologists; Ukrainian Open University of Postgraduate Education. During the webinars, the content, indicators and psychological conditions for ensuring and maintaining the psychological health of the individual during the war and post-war times were highlighted. The author's experience of using various technologies to support and restore the psychological health of the population and educators in war conditions (Hibuki therapy; coaching technologies; training programs; social and psychological support groups, etc.). The webinars were attended by more than 2,332 educators and psychologists from all regions of Ukraine from educational institutions and organizations.
