Abstract

The article considers the key problems of applying the potential of innovative technologies in the process of developing the professional competence of teachers of vocational colleges. It was determined that on the way to the restoration of Ukraine, one of the tasks of science and education in the Europeanization of the state became the problem of modernization of the system of postgraduate professional education of teachers, based on the optimal involvement of means of innovative technologies.
