Abstract

The national strategy for the development of education in Ukraine envisages integration into the European educational space, based on the competence approach, reorientation of the content for the purposes of sustainable development. The changes relate to the creation of new educational standards for specific professions based on competence. Targeted acquisition of knowledge, abilities and skills by the acquirers, their transformation into competence contributes to future professional development, the ability to quickly respond to the demands of time. Competences are the basis of the qualification of a graduate of ZP(PT)O and are the main educational outcome according to the National Framework of Qualifications. A competent approach should permeate all aspects of professional training: goal-motivational, substantive, operational-active, effective components. In this regard, the didactic competence of the master of industrial training ZP(PT)O, which is ensured by his competencies (the presence of knowledge and experience in his professional field (production field of activity), awareness of the range of issues of teaching and training practical skills) needs further systematic formation , level of professionalism, knowledge of methods and techniques, effective application of knowledge and skills, creativity, ability to act taking into account limitations and instructions, availability of qualities for solving tasks. In order to ensure the implementation of a competent approach to the planning and organization of professional and practical training, there is an urgent need for the further development of the methodological competence of the masters of industrial training. The electronic training course (ELC) "A competent approach to the planning and organization of professional and practical training" is a component of the content module No. 3 "Didactics of professional education". The purpose of ENK is to increase the level of methodological competence of teaching staff of professional (vocational and technical) education institutions in the planning and organization of professional and practical training. ENC "A competent approach to the planning and organization of professional and practical training" is designed for teaching for categories of students of advanced training courses: masters of industrial training of vocational education institutions for distance, face-to-face and correspondence forms of education. The study time budget is 8 hours, of which: lectures (2 hours), seminar class (6 hours).
