Abstract

The issue of psychological and pedagogical competence of teaching staff of vocational education institutions is closely related to modern technologies of distance learning, taking into account Russian aggression, the peculiarities of increasing changes in the labor market due to the spread of the Industry 4.0 revolution to all spheres of society, including the education system. In the market of psychology, the work of psychologists cannot be automated, and changes in the world that increase the pressure on human consciousness make it more relevant. Education around the world identifies itself as the "Education 2.0" system. While the Industry identifies itself as a 3.0, 4.0, 5.0 system. It is necessary to increase the productivity of education.
