Abstract

Given the significant energy efficiency problems in Ukraine's construction industry, the professional training of future builders should include research into ways to improve it. In particular, it is interesting and extremely necessary for students to study the experience of countries in the construction of passive houses. In order to activate students' cognitive activity, teachers should develop and implement modern innovative pedagogical technologies, including the case method, in the educational process.
