Abstract
The conditions of Ukraine's post-war recovery affected the labor market in Ukraine. The increase in employment will contribute to the increase in the number of jobs, as infrastructural facilities, enterprises and industrial complexes are built and restored. The construction and reconstruction of infrastructure facilities, such as roads, schools, hospitals, power plants, and others, creates a need for many labor forces - builders, installers, electricians, plumbers, and other specialists engaged in construction work. Thus, the demand for labor in these industries is increasing, which contributes to the increase in employment.
