Abstract

The current conditions of martial law, the post-war period of recovery of Ukraine, the continuity of changes in the field of education determine the modern requirements of the state and society for the professional training of a teacher focused on the implementation of innovative activities. Modern innovative methods of professional development play an important role in training a competent teacher and improving his skills. The article considers the possibilities of using the case method for the development of professional competence of teaching staff of vocational colleges.
