Abstract

Theses analyze new trends in the labor market related to digitalization, globalization, demographic changes, transition to a green economy. Three models of vocational education and training are considered: market (England), state-bureaucratic (France), dual (Germany). The main directions of the development of modern education are listed, in particular: increasing the period of study in educational institutions of various levels, delaying the choice of the first profession, achieving a certain parity between vocational and general education, increasing attention to learning outcomes, decentralization of the education system.
