Abstract

The work examines the issue of finding effective ways and reserves of post-crisis recovery, in particular the phenomenon of post-traumatic growth, which is defined as the experience of positive changes that occur to a person as a result of encountering complex life crises. The results of an empirical study of the peculiarities of post-traumatic growth in student youth are presented. The expediency of expanding the possibilities of promoting post-traumatic growth, its support in the process of providing psychological assistance to student youth in crisis situations is emphasized.
