Abstract
The purpose of studying the academic discipline is to acquire knowledge in the field of "Administrative Management" and relevant skills and abilities for the effective management of the organization and its resources, as well as to achieve success in the field of business and management. The task of studying an educational discipline is the formation of competencies in students of higher education.
