Abstract

The article presents the experience of the laboratory of the psychology of learning named after I.O. Synytsya of the Institute of Psychology named after H.S. Kostyuk of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in solving the tasks of psychological analysis of the textbook for the National Academy of Sciences. Methodological guidelines for the psychological analysis of the textbook have been determined, components and parameters have been proposed, which can be considered both as a basis for the construction of the textbook and as guidelines for the psychological analysis of the already finished textbook. Determining the system of psychological guidelines in the construction of the content of the textbook and the subsequent use of these guidelines for the selection of criteria in the process of analysis and examination, the competitive selection of textbooks, will make the procedure of this competition transparent and directly understandable, and provide practical teachers with information that can help in the selection of a textbook, according to their own pedagogical ideas, to make a conscious and professional choice.
