Abstract

The consequences of the influence of the development of "Industry 4.0", the long socio-economic crisis and the military-political conflict, an aggressive war on the part of the Russian Federation on the territories of Ukraine cause terexchange reform of training of qualified workers - human capital for industrial ones enterprises and service areas. Processes of formation, reproduction and realization of human potential, increasing its competitiveness is also due to the strengthening of European integration development of Ukraine. All fields of science and technology are accelerating today development and, accordingly, the increase in the number of discoveries, which leads to the use in rye, everyday life, business and education of many factors: technological possibilities for the analysis of large arrays data, growth of computing power and speed of information processing, improvement artificial intelligence and the integration of real and virtual worlds when people and devices perform as equal parties of communication (Internet of things). Modern ICT systems provide global exchange knowledge in real time, rapid implementation of new technologies in business and production, as well as directly into education In the coming decade, technologies will radically and irreversibly change not only our world, but also will encourage the transformation of the educational process in institutions of professional (professional-technical noy) of education (hereinafter - ZP(PT)O), which provides for the creation of a flexible and adaptive system of planning and ensuring professional and practical training of future qualified workers, is responsible for to meet the demands of both the digital economy and the challenges of the sixth technological system, which is the basis of it lies in the combination of "bio, nano, info, cogno", to ensure the maximum full use of potential of digital technologies. In accordance with the conditions of the new technological environment and the updated state regulatory base on issues of professional education, there is a real need to update the content of professional and practical practical and theoretical in ZP(PT)O, training of pedagogical workers of vocational education institutions in new ways integration methods of training future skilled workers, which will be taken into account systematic updating of the content of education. The electronic training course "Methodology for the introduction of innovative production technologies in the training of qualified workers" substantiates the use of the author's teaching methodology in professional development courses for teaching staff of vocational education and training (PT)O, which is due to the need for them to master a system-activity and competence approach, skills in the implementation of certain forms, methods , real situations that objectively developed or subjectively created to achieve the pedagogical goal - the introduction of innovative production technologies in the training of qualified workers. The course is aimed at forming the students' knowledge, abilities, skills and experience in the effective implementation of pedagogical conditions for the use of innovative production technologies in the training of qualified workers to increase its quality and effectiveness. E-course materials can be mastered in off-line and on-line modes. A model of the introduction of innovative production technologies in the training of qualified workers has been developed as a model suitable for use in vocational education institutions. For masters of industrial training and teachers of vocational and theoretical training of vocational (vocational and technical) education institutions, organizers of postgraduate pedagogical education, students of advanced training courses, as well as everyone who is interested in the issues of technology transfer in the content of vocational training of future skilled workers
