Abstract

The curriculum of the discipline «Dissertation Preparation Technology» is compiled in accordance with the educational and scientific program of training of the third level of higher education in the field of knowledge 01 «Education/Pedagogy» for specialty 011 «Educational, Pedagogical Sciences”. The aim of the discipline “Dissertation Preparation Technology» is to form and develop methodological culture and research competence among PhD students. The curriculum is focused on the personal and scientific-pedagogical experience of the doctor of philosophy, his research interests and individual requests; is flexible in content; meets the principles of adult competence training, the application of a policy of openness and transparency, the frequency of viewing educational programs in order to improve them, ensuring academic integrity and mobility; provides a sufficient level of development of methodological culture for the organization and conduct of pedagogical research in education, technology of work on the dissertation and registration of the results of research work. The development of methodological culture and research competence of doctors of philosophy in the context of the transformation of higher pedagogical education and taking into account the state's desire to join the European Higher Education Space (2009), the European Research Space (2009) and the formation of a single European Education Space (2017), the completion of which is planned to be completed by 2025 is relevant for the time and is partially provided by the study of the discipline. In order to improve the methodological culture, the curriculum for training applicants for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy at the third (educational and scientific) level of higher education in the field of 01 Education in the specialties 011 “Educational, Pedagogical Sciences provides for mastering the course «Technology of preparation of dissertation».
