Abstract
It was determined that digital literacy in institutions of professional (vocational and technical) education is the ability to develop effective strategies to take advantage of the opportunities offered by digitalization. It is noted that the postal operator is the main employee of the post office. The functions of which are receiving and issuing money orders, preparing for sending parcels and letters, issuing correspondence, money orders, cash for issuing pensions to postmen.
