Abstract

Theses examine the market requirements for the modern skills of workers, taking into account the needs of the national economy and society in the conditions of the war and post-war reconstruction of the country, as well as world trends. It is applied as a method of forecasting socio-economic processes and phenomena that shape trends in the future development of events - trendwatching.
