Abstract

Theses reflect the use of Kirkpatrick's four-step model of learning assessment, refined in 2016 by scholars James D Kirkpatrick and Wendy Kayser Kirkpatrick. The stages of modeling are determined to determine the student's levels, such as: reaction, level of education, behavior and processing of results.
