Abstract
In the Bilotserk Institute of Continuing Professional Education DZVO "University of Education Management" of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine applies the following ways of preventing professional burnout of teachers: creation of favorable working conditions, positive psychological climate in the team, promotion of their personal and professional growth, motivation and stimulation of initiative and activity. This institution has all the signs of a positive psychological climate: cohesion and organization, the unity of official and unofficial spheres of communication, a major life-affirming mood in the team, an atmosphere of collective care, etc.
