Abstract

The participation of convicts in the "Profession" program allows them to form professional competences, to increase their motivation for further professional training, to provide an opportunity to work by profession both in the UVP and after release. The main ones program measures are the participation of convicts in professional (vocational-technical) training in a training center or vocational-technical school at the institution of execution of punishments.
