Abstract

Albanian convicts have the right to participate in correctional and rehabilitation programs of professional training and employment (Article 32 of the Law). A convict who actively participates in vocational training can receive annual vacations (Article 59 of the Law), as well as a reduction of the sentence to 3 months for each year of serving the sentence (Article 63 of the Law).
