Abstract

The monograph highlights the theoretical and practical aspects of the professionalization of teaching staff in the field of adult education in the conditions of formal and informal education (in a generalized context, as well as on the example of corporate andragogues, pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical workers of post-graduate education institutions). The psychological aspects of the professionalization of andragogues are outlined. The essence and features of the development of andragogic competence of pedagogical staff in the field of adult education are characterized. Prognostic recommendations regarding the professionalization of andragogues are substantiated. The monograph is addressed to pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical employees of institutions of higher, post-graduate pedagogical education, scientific institutions, pedagogical staff of institutions of informal education of adults, holders of scientific degrees, holders of education - future teachers.
