Abstract

The article substantiates the expediency of implementing management technologies for the development of health-preserving competence of administrative staff of out-of-school education institutions to reduce the negative impact of educational management factors on their health. The author gives the main ones factors that have a harmful effect on the state of health of the administrative staff of out-of-school education institutions, indicates the main directions for overcoming them.
