Abstract

The publication discusses the use of virtual reality technologies in the training of future programmers in professional higher education institutions. Virtual reality technologies are also gradually appearing in educational institutions and are used in various industries, including construction and design, medicine, the military, the automotive industry, architecture and design, sports, engineering, tourism, etc. The main advantage of such technologies is the possibility of partial or complete immersion in the developed reality, when the same actions are simply not possible under normal conditions; an additional advantage is the ability to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the planned actions, as well as to model options for the development of future events.
