Abstract

In the conditions of the war and the post-war reconstruction of the country, the professional education system is aimed at training a new generation of qualified, competent and competitive personnel. At the same time, the quality of specialist training does not meet the requirements of modern production, the market economy, and the professional qualifications, competences, abilities and skills demanded in the labor market.Therefore, there is an objective need to take into account socio-economic challenges, the requirements of the global and domestic labor market for new competencies, qualifications and their transformation into competency-oriented models, educational programs (especially short-term) professional training of specialists, retraining and advanced training of production personnel, training unemployed citizens. Taking into account innovative educational challenges, requests from customers of educational services and key stakeholders, the team of authors of the Bilotserk Institute of Continuous Vocational Education has developed a digital program and methodical complex for the development of professional competences of masters of industrial training in vocational (vocational and technical) education institutions. The digital program-methodological complex has a clear and consistent structure, contains the educational and professional program of professional training of masters of industrial training of vocational education institutions, electronic training courses. The educational and professional program provides for the achievement of learning outcomes in the form of developed and/or improved key, general and professional competences, defined by the professional standard "Master of Industrial Training", the European Qualifications Framework, the Framework Program of Updated Key Competences for Lifelong Learning, approved by the European Parliament and Council of the European Union.Electronic training courses as a complex of educational and methodological materials are designed for the organization of individual and group training using distance learning technologies, built on the principle of "constructive coordination" (expected learning outcomes that are aligned with the goals of the educational and professional program; assessment that verifies the identified learning outcomes in the form of competencies; types of activities during the course aimed at achieving results). The materials of the complex can be mastered by customers of educational services in off-line and on-line modes and will comprehensively contribute to the development of professional competences in the system of formal, informal and informal education. The results of the scientific search were obtained in accordance with the comprehensive topic of the Bilotserk National Institute of Continuing Professional Education "Trendwatching of the labor market in the system of training and professional development of specialists in the conditions of the post-war recovery of Ukraine" (0122U202007, 2022-2025).
