Abstract

New sociocultural and educational challenges cause a change in the tasks and professional functions of masters industrial training of vocational education institutions. According to the professional standard, masters of industrial training are engaged in the organization and implementation of professional and practical training (industrial training and production practice) of the working potential of the country, on which the well-being and economic depends restoration of Ukraine. Educational and professional program of upgrading the qualifications of industrial training masters of vocational education institutions "Development of professional competence of industrial training masters of vocational education institutions in the conditions of innovative educational challenges" is a regulatory document for the organization of the educational process at advanced training courses in various forms and models of training. The program contains a complex of educational components, in particular, content modules, variable modules (special courses), etc., aimed at achieving specified learning outcomes. The educational and professional program provides for the achievement of learning outcomes in the form of developed and/or improved key, general and professional competencies defined by the professional standard "Master of Industrial Training", the European Framework of Qualifications, the Framework Program of the updated key competences for lifelong learning endorsed by the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union. The content of the educational and professional program of professional development of industrial masters training is focused on the implementation of the principles and models of open education, integrates the main methodological ones approaches and principles of adult education. As a result of upgrading the qualifications of masters of industrial training under the educational and professional program "Development of professional competence of masters of industrial training of vocational education institutions in the conditions innovative educational challenges" is the training of specialists who are competitive in the market of educational services able to ensure the anticipation of the country's development in the conditions of war and the period of post-war recovery, are ready to play the role of consolidators of the nation, to actively implement educational projects of a national scale, withstand competition on the European and global market of educational services.
