Abstract

The modern era marks a departure from the boundaries of the information society, for which technologies are fundamental, characterized by rapid changes in all spheres of human activity, an accelerated process of devaluation and obsolescence of knowledge, skills and competences of specialists. In the conditions of digitization, that is, the integration of digital technologies into all types of activities, automation of production, there is a gap in the skills of a modern specialist. Continuous professional development of specialists in the knowledge society is a kind of challenge to its information parameters, a response to instability in the field of employment and professions. Education is turning into a system of training cognitive and digital workers who work with knowledge and information flows and are able to use them valuable for the qualitative performance of new professional roles and functions in the conditions of martial law and for the post-war recovery of Ukraine, capable of continuous personal, cultural, social and professional lifelong development through formal, informal and informal education. In the electronic training course "Professional development of specialists in the conditions of formal, informal and informal education: key competences and resources", the professional development of a modern master of industrial training is substantiated as a complex multi-level, prolonged, step-by-step process associated with the development of important personal and professional qualities, individually - personal, activity and socio-cultural transformations, choice of models of professional behavior, disclosure of the creative potential of the individual, self-improvement. A thorough analysis of the key competencies of the master of industrial training for life-long education in the current regulatory documents was carried out. The professional development of specialists is traced using the Schuhart-Deming cycle (PDCA, or Deming wheel). A Pestle analysis of the professional development of a specialist is proposed, taking into account political, economic, sociological, technological, legal, and environmental factors. A checklist was developed for the development of the key competence of the teacher "Learning throughout life" in the conditions of informal education. The course was developed taking into account the components of the competence approach — knowledge – abilities – skills – ways of thinking – values. E-course materials can be mastered in off-line and on-line modes. A checklist has been developed for the development of the professional competence of the teacher "Learning throughout life" in the conditions of informal education. For teachers of professional (vocational and technical) education institutions, organizers of postgraduate pedagogical education, students of advanced training courses, as well as everyone who is interested in the issues of continuous professional self-development and self-realization of specialists in the conditions of social and educational transformations. The results of the scientific search were obtained in accordance with the complex theme of the Belotserki Institute of Continuing Professional Education of the People's Republic of China "Labor market trendwatching in the system of training and professional development of specialists in the conditions of post-war recovery of Ukraine" (0122U202007, 2022–2025)
