Abstract

The concept was developed in accordance with the Laws of Ukraine "On Education", "On General Secondary Education", the State National Program "Education (21st Century Ukraine)", drafts of the National Doctrine of the Development of Education of Ukraine in the 21st Century and the Concept of 12-Year General Secondary Education, taking into account domestic and foreign experience of organizing school historical education. The concept, imitating the existing concept of historical education for the 11-year school, is oriented towards a new social order regarding the purpose, tasks, content, quality and terms of school education.
