Abstract

The author presents the results of the reflection of psychological and pedagogical sources on the concepts of "success" and emphasizes the importance of partnership interaction of educational institutions with non-governmental organizations in the context of the formation of a socially successful personality of a high school student. The researcher outlines the role of modern non-governmental organizations in the assimilation of social experience by high school students, their involvement in active social activities and the creation of various situations of success.
