Abstract

The author emphasized the need to use the "equal to equal" method in the formation of a socially successful personality of a high school student. There search indicates that this method is the main one in the educational, coaching, and volunteer work of the non-governmental organization "International School of Equal Opportunities". The researcher substantiates the importance of this method in forming the experience of social success of students.
