Abstract

The e-learning course "Use of Online Tools for Synchronous and Asynchronous Learning of Teachers of Professional Higher Education" is aimed at developing the methodological competence of pedagogical staff of professional higher education institutions and focuses on the effective use of digital technologies for organizing the educational process and encouraging participants in the educational process to interact. The content of the E-Learning Center is based on online pedagogy and the development of the necessary technical skills to implement and build their own synchronous and asynchronous learning systems using mobile applications in professional higher education institutions. Considerable attention is paid to the process of developing modern educational content for implementation in the educational process. For studying, a variant of a modern interactive educational product is proposed, which has a large number of hyperlinks and digital and mobile applications. This interactive product was developed to cover all the educational material and to obtain high-quality knowledge, skills and abilities of future competitive specialists. To consolidate the special course, teachers need to work through the training material of the classes, master the skills of creating educational content using digital technologies, services and educational mobile applications, followed by the creation of their own concept of an interactive course for synchronous and asynchronous learning.
