Abstract

The results of our research were: the concept of development of methodological culture among adjuncts; scientific and pedagogical experiments were conducted in Ukraine and the Republic of Kazakhstan; proposals were developed for the implementation of the results of the dissertation research in the practice of higher educational institutions. The results confirm that the methodological culture of a research officer increases their professional level and contributes to improving decision-making related to professional activities in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
