Abstract

The article analyzes the legal framework and standards of higher pharmaceutical education at the world, European and Ukrainian levels. The educational and professional programs of European and Ukrainian pharmaceutical education were considered in terms of content and scope of educational disciplines. A comparative analysis of European standards and educational and professional programs of higher pharmaceutical education was conducted. The main trends of updating educational programs for training pharmacists in the EU, taking into account digitalization and IT technologies, have been determined. We reached conclusions about the existence of certain differences in the standards of higher pharmaceutical education in European countries and in Ukraine.
