Abstract

The main goal of the methodological recommendations is to give readers a scientific understanding of the basic concepts of modern psychology of the development of a teacher's personal readiness for professional activity, to form meaningful attitudes and guidelines necessary for the psychological support of a teacher's professional preparation for work in the conditions of the New Ukrainian School. Intended for pedagogical workers of general educational institutions and masters of industrial training at vocational and technical educational institutions, students, teachers, practical psychologists, heads of universities, students of postgraduate education institutes.
