Abstract

Evaluation of the quality of education and educational activities of educational institutions should be considered through the prism of: development of the internal system of ensuring the quality of education; conducting self-assessment of educational and management processes; formation of the institution's strategy; a clear understanding of the essence of the concepts "quality of education" and "quality of educational activity"; quality policies of the institution; analysis of internal capabilities and external environment (SWOT analysis); basic principles of the internal system of ensuring the quality of education.
