Abstract

The development of the modern educational environment of professional (vocational and technical) education institutions is characterized by an increase in the speed of changes and the intensity of competition, which increases the dependence of pedagogical teams on the level of informatization and adaptation abilities of the educational institution. The success of the effective functioning of professional (vocational and technical) education institutions increasingly depends on the quality and timeliness of strategic changes. Such a situation dictates the need to develop an effective logistical toolkit for the development of professional (vocational and technical) education institutions. An urgent scientific and practical task today is the development and testing of the latest methods, technologies and instrumental support for the processes of implementation and continuous development and professional improvement of the teaching staff, including masters of industrial training, who must be able to quickly recognize changes in the external environment and transform in accordance with the requirements, moreover, the ability of pedagogical workers to quickly and flexibly reorganize is turning today, in fact, into a continuous process of professional development.
