Abstract

The necessity of diversifying the content of professional training of teachers of vocational education institutions in the conditions of socio-economic challenges is substantiated. It was determined that the design and updating of the content of the professional development of pedagogical workers should take place on the basis of a constant study of social and professional needs for educational and methodical services and requires the application of andragogic learning technologies, the development and implementation of modern educational and methodological support, the implementation of effective methodical support (tutoring), use of digital technology tools.
