Abstract
The goal of psychotraining is the formation of motivation to harmonize one's own psychological health. Task: – acquaintance with the group of participants; – highlighting the problem of preserving the psychological health of a modern person, the close connection between the state of health and the way of life of a person; - awareness of the essence of the concept of "psychological health", its structure.
