Abstract

The article considers the problems of forecasting and managing the effectiveness and quality of educational and cognitive activities of the individual in the context of educational innovations, which are aimed at implementing the principles of continuity, effectiveness and quality of learning. Theoretical research methods (comparison, logical analysis of philosophical, psychological, pedagogical and methodological sources) and empirical diagnostic methods in the form of psychological and pedagogical observation, interviews, testing, questionnaires, etc. were used in the research. The pedagogical experiment and personal scientific and pedagogical experience of the authors contributed to the introduction of the technological scheme of training future teachers in the real educational process. It is proved that the phenomenon of the trinity of educational and cognitive activities (as well as any other activity) of the individual is a specific manifestation of the fact of its duration in time – past, present, future. It was found that the results of educational and cognitive activities, which appear in the form of knowledge, are formed as a result of personal mastery of educational material. It is determined that the educational material is performed not only in the form of subject content, target curriculum and educational and methodological support, but also as an information and communication environment that contributes to its quality assimilation. The process of material learning is carried out according to the scenarios of one of the 3 reasonable parameters: stereotype, awareness, passion. It is proved in the study that the category of “knowledge” is interpreted as a generic concept that can not be identified with levels of knowledge (memorization, understanding of the main, imitation, full knowledge, skills, abilities, beliefs), which are species concepts. Knowledge is considered as a subjective image of objective reality, as a corresponding reflection of the external and internal world in human consciousness in the form of ideas, concepts, thoughts, theories. It is shown that the level of beliefs, as the highest level of knowledge on the parameter of passion is predicted to acquire the same standardized status as the levels of knowledge practice on the parameter of stereotype and skills on the parameter of awareness.
