Abstract

We consider the institution of general secondary education and its organizational culture in the binary connection of the organizational-pedagogical and socio-cultural system that needs management. The study established the existence of a single concept and generally accepted definition of organizational culture in the scientific discourse, which leads to an ambiguous understanding of the content of this phenomenon and its interpretation.
