Abstract

In February 2019, the inclusion of the profession "andragogue" in the state classifier of professions prompts a systematic theoretical and practical study of the role map and functions of an andragogue, which forms the concept of "professional skill of an andragogue". The workbook is a logical continuation of the tasks developed by the author to reveal the essence of the praxeological principles of the activity of an andragogue, offered to students for the thematic courses "Practical andragogy" (2018). Since then, the concept of "professional andragogue workshop" has been filled with new meanings and challenges for specialists in the field of adult education. Through the analysis and comparison of domestic and foreign experience, the author's tasks reveal the various functions of an andragogue - "adult trainer", "adult educator", educator, adductor, etc. This is done in three sections of the workbook ("Andragogue in the space of the past and future"; "Ukrainian-centered values in the professional activity of an andragogue"; "Andragogue master classes: we observe - reason - get inspired"). The pedagogical research under consideration is carried out within the framework of the research work of the Department of Philosophy and Adult Education of the TSIPO DZVO "University of Education Management" of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine "Transformation of the Professional Development of Pedagogical and Scientific Pedagogical Workers in the Conditions of an Open University of Postgraduate Education" (state registration number 0120 Ư104637 (2020–2025) (subtopic "Cognitive interaction of the teacher-tutor and the student in the conditions of online and distance professional development"). The feature of the proposed workbook is two formats: handwritten and interactive online workbook. In the latter, various digital tools are used both for illustrations of their potential for open postgraduate pedagogical education, as well as for mastering andragogues for the purpose of developing professional skills.
