Abstract

Certain regulatory and legal documents determining the mechanisms for using public-private partnership in the field of professional (vocational and technical) education have been analyzed. It was found that the public-private partnership is a cooperation between an educational institution and private organizations regarding the implementation of an investment project. The substantive characteristics of the main definitions of public-private partnership in education are outlined. The essence of the public-private partnership model in the field of professional (vocational-technical) education is formulated and its structure is presented.
