Abstract
The collection presents abstracts of the reports of the participants of the VIII International Scientific and Practical Internet Conference "Psychological and Pedagogical Aspects of Adult Education in the System of Continuing Education". In the course of the conference, a number of topical issues were considered: the development of the psychological and pedagogical competence of teaching staff in the conditions of martial law, the foreign experience of training competitive specialists in the conditions of formal, informal and informal education, the development of the readiness of teaching staff for innovative activities in the system of continuous education, the organization the process of education and upbringing on humanistic bases, improvement of modern models of professional development of pedagogical workers in conditions of sustainable development, psychological support of education of the adult population in conditions of martial law, use of open content, open educational resources for the development of key competencies of customers of educational services. The materials of the publication will be useful to teaching staff of professional (vocational-technical) and vocational pre-university education institutions, scientific and pedagogical staff of higher and post-graduate education institutions, graduate students, young scientists and everyone who is interested in the issues of adult education in the continuing education system. The authors of theses are responsible for the content and authenticity of the materials.
