Abstract

The monograph reveals the sources and driving forces of personality development through the prism of needs. Its informational and energetic properties are revealed, which initiate the vector of its actual variable components: biological and social. Sources of personality activity, experiences, inner world, structural components of personality, and its orientation are revealed. In the modern conditions of the development of society, a creative person who carries out creative activity and develops himself is competitive. The monograph reveals the peculiarities of activity mediation of personal development through the prism of genetic psychology, in particular, the genetic-creative approach based on the principles of: development, experience, freedom, interaction, uncertainty and indeterminism, therapeutic effect. The main mechanisms of creativity, understanding of the development of creative personality by foreign and domestic scientists are presented. The scientific edition can be used by scientists, practical psychologists, scientific and pedagogical workers of higher education institutions, teachers, students of higher education, readers who are interested in the problem of the formation of a creative personality, the psychology of creativity.
