Abstract

The article is devoted to the reflexive analysis of models of continuous professional development of pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical workers in the world and European scientific and educational spaces. An overview of modern successful models of the professional development of teachers in foreign educational practice was made.A conclusion was made about the need to use foreign theoretical assets in Ukraine in the field of adult education in the conditions of digital transformation to build the most effective training at all stages - from the creation of the concept to practical implementation, namely: the formation of strategies taking into account the context of training; teachers' use of technologies that match the context as much as possible; professional development of teachers as reflective practitioners.
