Abstract

Methodological recommendations are devoted to the problem of researching the emotional sphere of the individual, in particular, the emotional resource of the teacher of the New Ukrainian School. The author investigates the phenomenon of the resource and its importance in the process of achieving goals; different types of resource states are described and advice is provided aimed at improving them among teachers in the process of professional activity; the negative and positive impact of emotions on the human body is highlighted; emotional resource is considered in the context of the phenomena of "happiness" and "flow"; a list of psychodiagnostic methods and an analysis of the results obtained by them are presented; the training program for teachers of the National Academy of Sciences "Identification, development and implementation of emotional resources of teachers in the process of their professional activity" is also presented. The materials presented in the methodological recommendations will contribute to increasing the level of professional competence of teachers, expanding their awareness of the emotional resources of the individual and the means and methods of their actualization. Production and practical products are addressed to teaching staff and students of higher, professional higher education institutions.
