Abstract

The course of hostilities gives reason to assert that the primary focus of professional education modernization is the training of specialists for the restoration of the national economy. The introduction of public-private partnerships paves the way for attracting funds from private investors in the field of professional education. Accordingly, the disciplinary and educational role of education in solving post-war problems is changing. Foreign experience confirms the perspective of such an approach in the conditions of a destroyed economy and economic decline.
