Abstract

In the analytical review "Innovative approaches to the organization of types of practices of students of higher education at Bila Tserkva Institute of Continuous Professional Education: an analytical review" the practical training of first (bachelor's) and second (master's) level applicants in institutions of higher education is substantiated as a mandatory component of their professional training, necessary for preparation a modern specialist who is competitive on the labor market, who has a wide range of abilities, skills, interests, professional experience, is able to work in multilingual and multicultural environments, at the intersection of various sciences, fields and industries, performs professional activities at a new level. In the analytical review, the main goal and task, approaches to the organization of types of practices in the conditions of distance learning and in the period of martial law under the educational and professional programs "Pedagogy of the higher school", "Psychology", "Management of an educational institution", "Administrative management" are defined. The bases of practices for each educational program are specified. Practical training of students of higher education assumes systematicity, the sequence of its implementation on the basis of competence, activity, acmeological and student-centered approaches, disclosure and development of creative, motivational, leadership potential of the individual, formation of soft skills. The organization and passing of types of practices abroad are described. For students of higher education, project groups providing educational and professional programs, employers and key stakeholders.
